Carbonite slowing down computer
WebIt’s unlikely. The only time I’ve noticed a slowdown from Carbonite is during the time when it is first installed, and it is making the first complete backup. That can dramatically slowdown a computer. But once it’s done then Carbonite only backs up new or changed files and generally doesn’t slow down a computer. WebIf you touch your mouse or keyboard, Carbonite automatically slows down until you've been idle for a few minutes. It's very unlikely that you will ever notice any change at all in the way your computer performs while using Carbonite. Does Carbonite adhere to the Safe Harbor data principles?
