You’ll want to climb the highest point of the island and get the synchronization point there. Do a leap of faith off the synchronization point and into the underground lake below. Your choice early on in the quest line about 'which god is more dangerous, Apollo or Poseidon' determines which of those two doors is available at the end. The other will be blocked off.
