WebbSo you can't asign jobs. He will automatically find jobs providing they are available. Also make sure he is actaully assigned to the new truck as well. Another thing once he does start taking loads make sure to level the distance skill 1st (up to 3 points at least) as that will make it more likely for him to find work.
