You need to make 2 fertilizing passes to get the "100%" fertilizing bonus, (which is worth 50% yield). If you fertilize once, you will see Fertilizer 50% if you inspect the field, you need to do it again for 100%. Next time instead of a tipper you want to use a Auger Wagon. It is a tipper with a pipe on it to unload, you can use this to refill your seeders.
